As a band the Ollie Canham Quartet takes influences from a variety of genres ranging from jazz and rock to dreamy soundscapes and funk. Our repertoire consists of arrangements and original compositions inspired by artists such as Stevie Wonder, Miles Davis and Ravel.
The band’s line-up comprises Oscar Lawrence on alto saxophone, Dominic Johnson on drums, Adam Roberts on electric bass and Ollie Canham on electric guitar/compositions. All of the band are currently studying in their fourth and final year at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, and we have had the opportunity to perform at various local venues, curating an extensive and varied repertoire”
